How to Subscribe/Gift Subscriptions. Write to the PAJ Subscription Department, P.O. 328, Boston, NY 14025. You may charge your subscription/gift subscription on your VISA or MasterCard by calling (toll free) 1-800-422-1275, Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., EST. You may subscribe on-line at PAJ Subscriptions.

Subscription Problems. Address all subscription problems to PAJ Subscription Department, P.O. Box 328, Boston, NY 14025-0328 or send e-mail to: info@polamjournal.com.

Change of Address. Please contact the PAJ Subscription Department or e-mail info@polamjournal.com.

Deadlines. Press Releases. Deadline for all stories, press releases, notices, etc. is the first of the month preceding publication date. (e.g.: March 1 for the April edition.) News items may be e-mailed to polishamericanjournal@verizon.net or to: PAJ Press Release, P.O. Box 328, Boston, NY 14025-0328.

Space limitations prohibit the publication of lengthy articles and stories. Requests for published articles must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Stories and articles submitted by PAJ subscribers receive preference over non-solicited items. Inquires may also be made at the e-mail address listed above.

Advertising. Advertising space must be reserved no later than the 15th of the month preceding publication date. (eg.: March 15 for April edition). For complete advertising information and a copy of our recent rate card, write to: polishamericanjournal@verizon.net.

Letters to the Editor. The volume of mail prevents us from answering each letter individually. Letters that request a response must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope and will be answered on a as-time-allows basis. Letters for our "Speak Up" column must be brief and include the writer's signature, address, and daytime telephone number for verification. Only brief, concise letters will be considered for publication. Publication is not guaranteed. Letters may also be sent to our e-mail address polishamericanjournal@verizon.net.

Genealogy Listings. To include your listing in the Genealogy section, please give your name, address and name(s) you are researching with a brief description. Limit 50 words. Listing cost $10 for three months, or $35 for the year. Make checks or money orders payable to the Polish-American Journal, and mail to: PAJ Genealogy. Do not send cash by mail. We do not provide genealogy research
