Polish Salt Lamp

Imported by Salt Lamps, Etc.

Produced from Wieliczka Salt Mines near Krakow, known for its superior rock salt.

The quality of Polish salt lamps is unmatched. There are several grades of rock salt used to produce each individual lamp. Grading includes the natural peculiarities of the salt crystal, as well as mineral content. These earth marks determine the quality of the product. Because of this, no two salt lamps are ever the same. Produced from Wieliczka Salt Mines near Krakow, known for its superior rock salt

You will find we only import salt that is of the highest grade. Polish salt lamps have distinctive characteristics of clarity, color and crystal bond. Unlike salt that is mined in Pakistan or Asia, Polish lamps will not easily chip, fade, nor erode as cheaply-made lamps do. The lamps, which are illuminated from the inside with a bulb, produce and emit negative ions, the health benefits of which are well-recognized all over the world.

Beside air ionization and negative ion production, these lamps produce a soft glow of pale orange to yellow to red shading. This wonderful peaceful glow, and ionized clean, fresh air, creates a balanced, calm and meditative atmosphere to sleep or relax in.
