- If ordering MULTIPLE QUANTITIES, select amount at checkout.
- If ordering as GIFT, you will be asked for receipient’s name and address at the checkout. If you are not asked, please leave instructions in “Message to Seller.”

- For shipping OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES, please call our office at (716) 312-8088. No exceptions.
ABOUT SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES
We are not in business to make money on shipping charges. These rates are based on the average weight per package. We pack orders as efficiently as possible to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, all Bookstore orders will be shipped USPS Media Mail. Orders under 13 oz. (including packaging) will be shipped First Class Flat or First Class Parcel rate. For Express mail services, please call for quote. Any overcharges / shortages will be refunded / charged to your credit card / PayPal account.
THE FINE PRINT
- IMPORTANT! In addition to the receipt you receive from PayPal, you will receive one directly from us.If you do not receive confirmation from the Polish American Journal within five business days of placing your order, call us at 1 (800) 422-1275 or e-mail us at info@polamjournal.com. Please include your name, date of order, daytime telephone number and, if possible, your PayPal transaction number.
- SHIPPING. Items are shipped from our warehouses in North Boston (Buffalo), N.Y., Sarasota, Fla., and other vendor cities. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or supplier and may not say “Polish American Journal” on the return address.
- AVAILABILITY. If you see an item advertised in the paper, but not on this website. And vice-versa. Please call.
- PAYMENT. If mailing order, we cannot process your order until your check or money order clears. Orders received without proper payment will be returned. Do not send cash by mail.
- TOTAL FEES. Shipping charges include handling and delivery fees.These are calculated AT THE CHECKOUT.
- VIA USPS. All items shipped via USPS. UPS service available at additional charge. UPS will not ship to P.O. Box.
- TURN AROUND. Orders processed in 1-2 days. Most orders delivered within 7-12 working days. Avoid delays. Order early.
